Director – Voice
* To lead and manage voice operations with accountability for service levels as well as quality, customer satisfaction and AHT (average handle time).
* Motivate and manage performance of all employees in the Voice channel.
* Experience of 2 to 3 years in senior management in a voice call center is a must.
* Experience in Inbound Technical helpdesk process will be an advantage.

Manager- Voice Operations
* Implement call center strategies and tactics
* Establish agent and team objectives
* Work with team leader, skill specialists and support positions to
establish and manage priorities
* Work with WFM team to ensure accurate staffing and scheduling
* Guide the development and implementation of improvement plans for
individuals and groups
* Work closely with client service delivery and escalations
* Conduct performance reviews and administer rewards at multiple levels
* Provide on-the-job training and mentoring
* Management Experience of 2 years in call center/ BPO is necessary
